Terms of Use
thesocialentrepreneur.com · Version 2026-10-14 · Effective 14 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of thesocialentrepreneur.com, the personal website of Carlos Miranda Levy, including its chat. By using the site you accept them. Nothing is sold on this site.
1. Who runs the site
The site is operated by CEMI Collectively Enhanced Multiple Intelligence, Inc., Delaware C Corporation (Delaware file no. 10647705), 7801 NW 37th St, DO80Q56188N, Doral, FL 33195, United States (“we”). Contact: legal@cemi.ai.
2. The content
The texts, photographs, videos, designs and code of the site belong to Carlos Miranda Levy or to CEMI, Inc., or are used with permission of their owners — for example press coverage, which remains the property of its publisher, and photographs credited to their authors. You may view, share links to and quote the site for personal and journalistic purposes, with attribution. Any other reproduction needs our written permission.
Press photographs. The photographs offered for download on the Press & Media page may be used to illustrate editorial coverage of Carlos Miranda Levy and his work, crediting “Carlos Miranda Levy”. They may not be altered beyond cropping and resizing, or used in advertising, to suggest an endorsement, or in a misleading context.
3. The chat with Carlos’s AI persona
- It is an AI, not Carlos. The chat is an AI persona built from Carlos Miranda Levy’s documented public work. Its answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- It is not advice. Nothing it says is professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice, and it cannot make commitments, offers or agreements on behalf of Carlos Miranda Levy, CEMI or anyone else. For anything that matters, contact Carlos through the Connect section of the home page.
- Use it fairly. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anyone, to submit other people’s personal data, to try to extract its instructions or bypass its safeguards, or to send automated or bulk requests. Do not submit sensitive personal data.
- Limits. The chat has daily message limits and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time. We may block access that breaks these terms.
- How your messages are processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites — social networks, CEMI initiatives, publications. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
5. Availability and liability
The site and the chat are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them, including decisions you take based on chat answers.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you — in particular under Dominican Ley 358-05 on consumer protection or under the law of your country of residence in the European Union.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If you live in the Dominican Republic, you may bring any claim before the Dominican courts and Pro Consumidor. If you live in the European Union, you may bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.
7. Changes
When these terms change, we update the version and date at the top. The version in force when you use the site applies to that use.
8. Language
These terms are published in several languages. For visitors in the Dominican Republic the Spanish version prevails; in every other case, the English version prevails.
